The location was great and the staff gave a very warm welcome and were eager to help us to enjoy our stay in Rome. The receptionist gave us a link to her favorite sights which was very helpful. The beds were very comfortable . We truly enjoyed our stay.
A fantastic place to stay. The room was large and high spec, with a great shower room and comfy bed. Very high end experience and the location was extremely central to a range of major landmarks in Rome. Liza was a fantastic host and checking in and out was very smooth.
The location of the hotel is great. Room was very clean and spacious. Lady at the reception (Liza)was so helpful.
The comments to improve:
the phone at reception being called many times at night and the phone ringing at night disturbing the sleep of the guests next door :(
Thanks
Very easy detailed instructions on finding the property and checking in. I’m behind checking in. We noticed that that room was very warm in the air conditioner was not working after exploring the area and coming back. It still had not called the room so we contacted the front desk and they quickly allow us to change rooms.
Hotel room so ugly and dirty. No hand soap, towels that smelled bad, dirty and stained duvet. Definitely not a hotel where I would stay again. €150 is not worth it. There are much better rooms around for the same or less money.
This property is a suite of several rooms within a section of the second floor of a multi use building. The main drawback is that there is not a always someone there to answer questions, or call a taxi, for example. Also as we were from Canada, and could not read the Italian directory, w.e did not know it was on the second floor. So stressful to know how to access the suite. The room was very nice
The hotel looks tired and needs to be updated . The reception is a mix of reception and clean-area. Not quite Welcoming. Not very nice to look at the cleaning stuff.
The reception is not open regularly. We did not see the receptionist at 10 o’clock as informed.
The cleaning lady was waiting in the chair in the reception every morning and it felt like a pressure to be out of the room fast.
This is not a hotel or bed and breakfast, it is four rooms with beds on the second floor of an office building. It is unstaffed. It anticipates guests know how to navigate Rome, like how to call taxis, for example. The room is small but ok enough for visiting the city. The room has no space or shelving to actually unpack clothing. We visited during the summer and it was very hot; the room fridge wasn’t working and despite numerous requests and one promise to replace it we were completely ignored. The location of the rooms is central in Rome, the only bright point of this accommodation.
