This is an extremely elegant huge apartment with really special personality blend of Italian furniture and style. This 7 bedroom apartment is situated on a bright second floor of a beautifully preserved building with an elegant entrance with elevator, in Via Lombardia (next to Via Veneto and only 5 minuts walking to the Spanish Steps). The apartment is composed by a large entrance, a very spacious living room with a dining table 10 seats and two large sofas, fireplace and TV LCD, 5 bedrooms with queen size beds (mattress 190x160cm), two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a pull out sofa bed in the living room. Very large fully equipped kitchen with dining table (6 seats) and two small balconies. AC in all the apartment, WIFI, Apple Tv, Hi-Fi surround, Washer, Dryer, Iron, Iron board, Dish washer, Safe box.

There is a car parking in Via Ludovisi 60 (2 minuts walking).

The house is located in Via Lombardia next to Via Veneto: the street of the famous movie "La Dolce Vita" of Federico Fellini, very close to the Spanish Steps, Barberini, Trevi Fountain and Villa Borghese. This area is plenty of restaurants, coffees, shops, Metro Barberini and Spagna are five minuts walking. Taxi stand in Via Veneto. A cafè/restaurant is at the ground floor of the building and many more few steps away.

-We provide one set of towels per person, each extra set costs €5 plus €10 for delivery if You don't order those before Your arrival. The cleaning agency provides some minisoap, shampo, paper toilet, trash bags, when those items run out if You don't order an extra cleaning service, You should use Yours or buy some more at the Supermarket near home. Amazing Stay for Large Family

We had an amazing stay at Balboa. The check in process was seamless and the property was exactly as described. The location is central, but also outside the tourist hustle and bustle. We had a large group ranging from 1-60s and everyone loved the property. Would highly recommend.

Terrific and elegant

Our family of thirteen including our adult children and their spouses with two teens and two toddlers had a great stay. Bedrooms were separated for privacy and quiet with each having great bathroom facilities with shower. Fantastic dining and living areas for our family times. Neighborhood really nice with great restaurants and shopping. The managers was wonderful. Very modern accommodation in an 1887 building with elevator. Real Rome.

The home was absolutely beautiful. There was plenty of room for all of our family. The neighborhood is perfect place to call home base for a couple of days. Everything is within walking distance. Allan was great with check in, so easy. We would stay again!

We LOVED our apartment which is located in a fabulous spot in Rome. Very clean, comfortable beds, loved Allan, our host contact who got us everything we needed, timely and answered all questions so quickly!!! He is a gem! A/c worked great. One fan was brought to us b/c of one sister who is always hot! No noise inside too! You close the windows, and you can’t hear anything outside, so very peaceful! Snack bar/pizzeria right underneath has decent food. Would definitely stay here again!!

Everything you could want and need!

Wow! We loved our stay at the Balboa Apartment. The apartment was huge, clean, charming, in a great location and exactly how it was pictured and described in the listing. Walking distance to so many restaurants, shopping, a cute little playground for kids, Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and more. Check in was easy and the private chef they recommended and set up for us was an incredible way to end our magical trip to Rome.

This place was amazing! It is exactly like the pictures and even better! We arrived earlier than scheduled and was able to meet up with Alan and get in a few hours early. He also allowed for us to store our million suitcases inside the home while the cleaning crew came in. Thank you again Alan. The owner scheduled our tranports which was a huge help. This house is close to everything. There was 11 of us and we had more than enough room and never felt crowded. I would stay here again.

Hottest Weather Ever!

The property worked perfectly for our family of 13. We had 4 excellent restaurants within steps as well as the Hotel Eden's rooftop bar. The vintage elevator was a hoot. The property manager went above and beyond helping us with transportation, tours, and even a personal chef. But the best thing was the air conditioning!! Every time we came in from the 98 degree weather, there was a massive sigh of relief. Grazie mille!

Perfect Large Rome Apartment

The apartment is just as advertised and pictured. It was perfect for our 14 person family group that had a wonderful time in Rome over Christmas and New Years. The location couldn't be better - a 10 minute walk to the Spanish steps and the surrounding shopping area, 10 minutes to the Borghese Gardens, 6 minutes to the Barberini subway station, 15 minutes to the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. A grocery store is 3 blocks down the street and numerous restaurants are in the vicinity. The apartment was clean and well maintained. We particularly liked that all 7 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. We hired a chef to cook all but 2 of our dinners during our 10 night stay and that was not a problem. The kitchen was large and well equipped enough to handle food preparation and we loved hanging around the common area chatting over a glass or two of wine and eating hors d'oeuvres followed by a communal three course dinner. I enthusiastically recommend the apartment.
