NEVER BOOK Worst experience of my life. They never sent me the check in form, I arrived at around 9PM and found out that they booked my room for 2 nights and that the hotel is fully booked, so they lied to me telling me there is an electricity issue in the facility and moved me to a very dirty and old room in a building a few blocks away. Two days later when they wanted to move me to the room (expensive one) I ORIGINALLY BOOKED, this is when I discivered that they double booked. When I asked for a refund, the receprtionist started yelling and discrespected me so much and didn't get any refund.
