The hotel has a eco theme. The rooms feel a little dated and while the rooms are compact, they are very clean and functional, you're really paying for the location. Outside at night may feel a little sketchy for some. There are lot of people hanging about at night that may not have other places to go. The staff were average. Not rude but not overly helpful (or didn't give the feeling of helpfulness). Just a few minutes walk from the Termini Train Station and Bus drop off and pick up. The staff were all friendly & helpful. Nothing too much trouble. I emailed several times to ask questions and I got a swift reply. We booked a basic double room, no frills but was very clean. I was worried when the booking said a large single bed. Was it big enough for 2 adults?. It was a very comfortable King Size bed. Didn't want to pay too much for a hotel, after all it's somewhere to shower and sleep. We left our bags and came back to pick them up. We had dinner one evening a few doors down from the hotel. It was nice. The waiters were very entertaining. I don't know" but once you walk through the doors, any qualms disappear, and from then on, it's a great location from which to explore Rome. We never did have a drink in the cute little bar off the lobby, but the bartender was gracious in grabbing us waters for our room.
