Feels like home everytime

It's not my first time here. It would always be my first choice, and I was so lucky this time there was a room avaialble. It's always nice to come back here, it feels like home. It's clean, in a very convenient location. Susanna the host is always so kind and she never makes you feel bad about anything. She treats her guest like royals. Definitely recommend it :)

No reception, concrete tiles, no real breakfast

We stayed at room 1. the room was very clean. There is no fix reception which makes check-in difficult. The structure is just a couple of apartments on floor 3 reconfigured into some separate rooms each with an internal toilet. To enter the structure you need to open the door downstairs, take the elevator that is improvised in the staircase and then open the door to the apartments. Once inside there is a very good express coffee machine Lavazza. Then open the door of the room. In the room there was a tea-maker and lots of chewing cookies (Karamele) There were towels big and small, a TV set and a place to hang your clothes. The most annoying thing is that the room does not have parquet or moket, just concrete tiles and there were no slippers in the room. We had to use our shoes inside the room - terrible. The bed was, I do not know why, but shorter than at home. Probably a 190cm, not longer. There was a hear dryer in the toilet. But the washing liquids in the shower were on the floor. The pressuriser in the bathroom was snoring all night long. Tax is 6 eur per night per person. Then next morning brakfast - terrible. you have to get out and walk around the market. at the bar that was supposed to serve breakfast they asked us not to sit outside, but in an ugly room inside. there were only sweets available either croissant or some other cookie. No bread, butter, ham or cheese. No eggs. Practically just a coffee service in an ugly room inside whre there were some cartoon boxes.

Awesome proximity to the Vatican. Allowed for an easy stroll to the meeting point for an early morning tour. Two excellent restaurants also nearby. Wonderful stay for my mom and me.

This is my second time staying there. I loved it already the first time. The location is very convenient. The place is beautiful, very welcoming, supet clean and comfortable. Hospedagem tranquila. Um dos melhores que já fiquei. Bem organizado. Tomada pertinho da cama e da mesinha. Tem cafeteira elétrica e frigobar. Chuveiro uma delícia, água bem quentinha. Excelente Wi-Fi e aquecimento. Conforto nota 10. Café da manhã é um ticket para uma agradável local, cerca de 3 quadras, inclui capuccino e croissant doce grande muito saborosos. Tolle Unterkunft in der Nähe des Vatikans. Gut erreichbar vom Flughafen mit dem Shuttlebus & Metro sowie Bus in der Nähe. Einziger kleiner Abzug, die Zimmer sind recht ringhörig und je nach Nachbarn hört man wirklich jeden Ton, egal um welche Uhrzeit. Susanna ist mega! Herzlicher Empfang, immer hilfsbereit. Hab mich wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt. Danke!

Great stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this guest house. The owner contacted us prior to our arrival and gave us a ride to and from the airport for a flat rate of 40€ each way. A very nice way of escaping expensive taxis. Owner was welcoming and the room looked as shown on pictures. A bit of wear and tear but nothing more than a bit of chipped paint. Price was great and location even better, would highly recommend this to anyone

This place was a steal. It’s very private, feels more like an Airbnb than a “hotel.” I booked the double private room, which had a nice bed, and clean bathroom with a shower & toilet. The room also had a mini fridge and TV. Before my arrival, I got a message from the host & informed him I would be arriving late (9pm). He connected me with someone to let me in, and communicated via WhatsApp due to me not having international service. They called me right when I arrived & let me into the building promptly. It was an easy, private, place to stay with an incredible location. I would recommend it to a couple spending most of the day outside or someone traveling alone.

Eine sehr nette Vermietung von privaten Zimmern. Die Absprache für die Schlüsselabholung hat super funktioniert. Die Gegend war sehr nah zum Vatikan, Supermarkt und Metro nur jeweils eine Straße weiter. Ich fand den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und würde es wieder buchen. 😊

Nice getaway

I really enjoyed my stay! I took the metro to Ottavani station and it was a 5 min walk to the place. I didn’t realize I was suppose to call them when I arrived so I waited outside for around 45mins. I called and someone came over and checked me in. I booked the single room for myself and I was upgraded to a double!! Fantastic. The room was spacious, very clean, just what I needed (no iPhone clock though). The bathroom was great also. The area does not have a lot of tourists which was nice, more locals. Great places to eat at and shop (groceries and clothing/souvenirs) all within walking distance. 30-40min walk to the main tourist attractions in the city center or 10min by metro. Only issue I had was the wifi was out for 2 days (Saturday and Sunday), not really a big deal but may affect some people. I would return to this unit again. Thanks for the stay!

il bed and breakfast e' situato in una posizione super strategica a pochissimi passi dalla metropolitana. dopo aver atteso il check-in per 25min. a causa del "traffico" inatteso di una citta' come Roma... la camera e' accogliente, ben tenuta e ben arredata, unica pecca l'acqua calda che va e viene e rende la doccia un po' "irregolare" e la donna delle pulizie che lascia la finestra spalancata (a roma c'erano 12° alla sera durante la mia visita). un bed and breakfast ma senza breakfast (solo un caffe' con due biscottini o bollitore in camera) dal prezzo un po' alto per quello che offre... in pratica si paga la posizione ottima!
