The location is very close to the Vatican. The manager is nice with minimum English but we are able to communicate. It is in a residential building. We were lucky that someone came out the building and let us in. The room is on the first floor and there is a sign. We rang the doorbell and the manager was there. It was 11 in the morning. The place needs an upgrade but you get what you paid for.

Location : Great Security: Great The owner of the place needs to be patient and polite. We liked the place but it was not the correct way to talk to us when referring to the additional taxes paid in cash.

The bed is broken and under it is so dirty still has garbage on it and the bathroom toilet is so so dirty and the furniture chairs also dirty just stay one night quickly check out even already paid more that ten nights.

Une histoire très horrible, on a jamais eu accès au logement. Nous sommes arrivés on trouve que c’était un immeuble et non un hôtel. On a contacté la personne qui était très mal poli qui criait à la limite qui faisait peur. C’était pour nous dire comment faire pour avoir logement ? Il nous demande d’envoyer les documents on lui répond que nous sommes en bas de l’immeuble s’il veut récupérer nos documents il n’y a pas de soucis. N’ayant pas ni l’internet ni wifi. On était livré à nous mêmes. Jusqu’à ce qu’il nous a raccroché au nez et il nous a bloqué. On s’est retrouvé dans la rue . C’est très méchant. Seule chose je demande c’est de récupérer notre argent.

Pessima Esperienza

Pessimo soggiorno. Alla base di tutto la totale mancanza di comunicazione con l host. A differenza di precedenti soggiorni, non abbiamo ricevuto nessun messaggio con relative informazioni sulle modalità di check in. Giunti a Roma il 20/12 , alle ore 20 eravamo dinanzi alla porta della Guest house e solo dopo vari tentativi di chiamate l host risponde fornendoci il code per accedervi. La formula pagata prevedeva anche la somministrazione delle colazioni Continentali al mattino. Abbiamo dunque chiesto come si svolgesse tutto ciò, ci viene detto che avremmo trovato il mattino seguente i voucher nella cassetta dinanzi alla porta della stanza. Ebbene, il giorno dopo nemmeno l ombra di questi voucher né quel giorno né i successivi. Abbiamo quindi sostenuto ingente somma per le colazioni. Per di più pulizia totalmente assente con cm di polvere sotto al letto ( La mia condizione asmatica ne ha risentito);mancanza di tapparelle , vi lascio immaginare spifferi freddi durante la notte nonché rumori provenienti dalla strada e nessun cambio asciugamani per doccia. Dimenticavo.. Il primo giorno abbiamo trovato solo asciugamani per una persona...noi eravamo 2. Siamo stati costretti a servircene da soli. Allego foto, cosicché possiate giudicare quanto da me riferito

Pour ceux qui cherchent un bon lit et une douche et pouvoir se balader à Rome selon l'envie ; c'est le bon endroit : emplacement près du métro, personnel chaleureux, indique une bonne adresse pour le petit déjeuner "La Siciliana"! Det var veldig dårlig hygiene. Inngangsdøren som lager ekstremt lyd. Baderom uren. Madrassen veldig mykt. Aircondition funker ikke. Dårlig vindu lydisolasjon og man kan høre trafikk fra gaten og metro som går under huset. Sovet veldig dårlig i tre netter.

Camera sporca e freddissima, sotto il letto è pieno di polvere, il bagno evidentemente non è stato pulito, pieno di calcare, il water ancora sporco di pipì, spazzolone super sporco, la doccia rotta. Il balcone ancora peggio! La colazione inclusa significa che devi uscire dalla struttura e prendere un caffè e un cornetto dal bar a circa 300/400 metri dalla struttura e se prendi tipo il caffè doppio al posto del caffè normalme oppure cappuccino, il cornetto nn ti tocca! Che fregatura!

Las instalaciones sucias... El frigobar estaba lleno de botellas de anteriores huéspedes abiertas, la tetera sucia con agua de hace como un mes xq hasta hongo tenía, fuga en el baño todo tiempo se está desperdiciando el agua, el balcón nunca lo limpian tiene polvo y tierra

Ich hatte nicht aufmerksam im Vorfeld gelesen, dass eine Voranmeldung zum Check-In erforderlich ist. So stand ich vor verschlossener Tür, die angegebene Telefonnummer war nur ein AB. Mehr zufällig kam die Reinemachefrau und lies uns ein. Das "Hotel" entpuppte sich als eine größere Wohnung mit mehreren Zimmern in einem Mietshaus. Die Armaturen in der Dusche waren verrostet. Für das "Frühstück" bekamen wir Gutscheine für ein Café in der Nähe (1 Hörnchen und 1 Kaffee!). Trotz alledem haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft liegt im positiven Sinn sehr verkehrsgünstig. Man taucht tief in das Alltagsleben der Stadtbevölkerung ein.

Ótima localização e quarto espaçoso

Ótima localização. Muito próximo ao metrô, Vaticano, supermercados e restaurantes. A limpeza poderia ser melhor. O ar condicionado não funcionava muito bem e Roma estava muito quente, isso afetou o nosso conforto. O café da manhã é em uma cafeteria próxima, um voucher que dá direito a um corneto e uma xícara de café. O quarto em que ficamos era espaçoso, assim como o banheiro.

Disonesti e maleducati. State attenti

Mi dispiace ma non ho fatto il caso di provare i servizi. Attenzione perché il titolare del hotel e il suo collaboratore sono due persone disonesti. Siamo stati costretti di andare via dall'hotel con conferma di cancellazione gratuita. In vaucher dal Hotels.com era tariffa con collazione, invece in hotel ci hanno informato che collazione non inclusa. La nostra camera per in secondo giorno già era prenotata! E ci hanno proposto di spostarsi 0.5 km più lontano dall'appartamento dove siamo arrivati. Che sorpresa era quando ho guardato la mia carta! E pagamento è stato eseguito invece di conferma dal collaboratore di titolare. Da aggiungere - il titolare alla fine al telefono si comportava come una persona maleducata e invece di risolvere questo problema mi ha mandato leggere il modulo di prenotazione. Come credere dopo alle persone? Le vacanze distrutte e bei ricordi rimanenti. State attente o meglio! Cercate altre possibilità, ci sono tantissimo, in effetti siamo spostati in altro hotel senza problemi, bugie e trasferimenti.

Buena ubicación, mala atención

El lugar es muy cerca al vaticano pero al momento del check in nadie nos recibió , nos toco llamar como 10 veces a Alessandro para q nos contestara, nos dio indicaciones por teléfono para ingresar, el check out tampoco estuvo nadie, solo q dejara las llaves y ya

L'affitta camere B&B San Pietro in via Crescenzio é centralissimo e comodissimo, in un bel palazzo da ristutturare. La camera é spaziosa e pulita. Bagno da ristrutturare assolutamente. Colazione buona ma in piedi in un bar vicino.
