Stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed every moment.

Mario was a great host and the room clean and comfortable. The room was equipped well: private bathroom, small balcony and effective air conditioner. It felt more staying at a friend's house than a hotel which was great. Breakfast was quite versatile and we thought it was organized very well. Along with the amazing service the best thing was the location. The area didn't have that many tourists and taking a bus or a tram to Termini was very easy and took about 10-15 minutes. Both the bus and tram stops were just a few minutes walk from the B&B.

The location is not very far from the main attraction approx 4.5 miles and is not in a very good neighborhood, but the public transportation is unreliable and often takes an hour or more to and from the main attraction. Bus or Train may or may not have AC which is very hot most of the time. You can take this into consideration if the location is working for you or not. The place itself is safe and clean.

Découverte

Notre séjour chez Mario était parfait ! Il a su nous expliquer parfaitement les transports dessertissants le quartier. La chambre était très agréable et le fait d’avoir la climatisation a cette période était un indispensable. Par ailleurs, l’établissement possède une magnifique terrasse en roof top où nous avons pu prendre le petit déjeuner et même plusieurs dîners. Un grand merci à Mario pour sa gentillesse, sa bonne humeur et sa disponibilité.

A 5 star experience all round!!

We had a lovely stay at this B&B for two nights. Fast Wi-Fi, very friendly host, breakfast provided every morning & loads of advice and tips to explore Rome. As this was our first trip to Rome, we felt adequately supported & safe at this B&B! I would stay here again in a heart beat.

This B&B is very cute and quaint. Yes, it is not in the city centre but there is s 10 min walk to the nearest metro station and 5 minutes to the tram stop. You are in the city in 20-30 min. We slept really well here and the breakfast is just enough. Mario was very accommodating!

Soggiorno per due notti.

Bagno scomodo e freddo. Camera fredda. Cuscini scomodissimo (quanto costa un cuscino decente?), senza tv(quanto costa una 20 pollici?). Di comodo solo il parcheggio. Nessuna colazione inclusa nonostante il prezzo eccessivo(quanto costa un cambio lenzuale, biancheria per bagno, acqua luce e gas per chi utilizza solo il posto letto?) Quanto costa ad u a struttura una cialda di caffè ed un cornetto? (50 centesimi). Un B&B dovrebbe sposare la politica del economicamente corretto.

Wir wurden direkt nach der Buchung von dem Besitzer Mario angeschrieben. Er fragt nach wann unser Flug ankommen würde und ob wir eine Fahrgelegenheit vom Flughafen zum Hotel bräuchten. Er Epfang war herzlich und Maro erklärte sofort wo wir was in der Umgebung finden würden und wie wir am besten in die Stadt kommen würden. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums aber mit Bussen oder Bahnen gut erreichbar. Am Abfahrtstag bekamen wir obwohl wir sehr früh morgens abgeholt wurden noch ein Frühstück. Wir können das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen und wenn wir nochmals nach Rom kommen würden wir wieder hierher kommen.

Das B&B Abbraccia Morfeo ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt gelegen. Das Zentrum von Rom erreicht man sehr gut und schnell mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld der Reise mit dem Inhaber klappte hervorragend, Mario reagierte jedesmal umgehend. Das Einchecken ist nach Absprache der Ankunftszeit problemlos verlaufen, mit herzlichem Empfang, unkompliziert und mit vielen Informationen, auch zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Der Frühstücksraum befindet sich in der obersten Etage, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Tee und Kaffee sind zu jeder Zeit verfügbar. Eine gemütlich gestaltete Dachterrasse mit hübschen Sitzplätzen steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Auch die Einrichtung des BnB ist stilvoll. Bei Fragen konnte man Mario jederzeit erreichen. Es ist ein empfehlenswertes Haus, in das wir sehr gern wiederkommen.

Un charmant petit B&B calme, impeccable et décoré avec goût, parfaitement équipé et tout près des transports (15 mn du centre-ville). Nous avons apprécié la délicatesse de Mario, qui nous a rendu bien des services et préparé des petites douceurs tous les matins. Il a aussi la générosité de laisser la cuisine accessible à tout moment pour un en-cas ou une tasse de thé.

Abbiamo soggiornato 6 notti in qs struttura durante la settimana del XXV aprile. Situata lungo la via casilina, in periferia, però in tram in 15-20minuti si arriva alla stazione Termini. Camera ok, silenziosa, bella pulita, il letto era molto comodo, il bagno era però piccolino. La colazione poco varia, con poca scelta, niente di salato, sicuramente da migliorare.

A lovely little B&B

From start to finish we had a lovely stay at the B&B. This was our second stay in Rome and as we had already seen the main attractions we looked for accommodation a little further outside the centre. We stumbled upon the B&B whilst looking at reviews and decided to go for it. The owner was polite and welcoming and after an introduction of the B&B and area left us to ourselves. It never felt like a B&B it felt like we had rented our own apartment. It was so quiet and calm. Breakfast was nice too. Located on the top floor with a huge outdoor terrace! A good selection: cereal, toast, cakes, yogurt, tea and coffee. On two of the four days the owner had put out on all the guests tables a little extra on top of the normal breakfast. We had freshly made croissants one day and frocasca bread with tomato and mozzarella the next. Plus on the Saturday night we arrived back to our room to find a bottle of white wine waiting for us! Lovely and most welcomed gestures. The room was spacious with good storage and a nice size bathroom. Everything was very clean. We had a room with a balcony facing over the owners garden. I could have spent my whole day on the balcony looking over the gorgeous garden. It was so relaxing and a little oasis to retire to after being on your feet all day. The owner has two cats and dogs and a chicken that were all fun to watch. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone staying in Rome and look forward to another stay should we return.

First time in Rome.

I enjoyed my stay overall. The metro area was about 25 minutes away from the major attractions and center. It was a bit complicated navigating through Rome’s metro systems- bus and train. Most days I caught a taxi or Uber. My trip would have been more enjoyable closer to the center of town. Since I was a solo traveler I was cautious about exploring after hours. One extraordinary service that Mario the manager happily provided was assisting me retrieve my lost cell I left in a local taxi. He was extremely helpful and took immediate action. I greatly appreciated his assistance. My trip was ended with a smile instead of stress.

Super hilfsbereiter Besitzer und tolles B&B

Der Besitzer war sehr aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war super lecker und vielseitig mit einem "Gruß aus der Küche" zu jedem Frühstück. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und sauber, genau wie das dazugehörige Bad. Wir waren 5 Nächte dort und wären am Liebsten noch länger geblieben.
