Here you will occupy a part of a beautiful two-family house with outdoor area and private pool, just 200 meters from the beach of Torvaianica, on the coast of Lazio. At your disposal is also a built-in barbecue and air conditioning in every room. The house has two floors and almost all rooms except one have private bathrooms. Ideal for a relaxing vacation with your children and your four-legged friends. The area is particularly known for its wide sandy beaches, where free beaches alternate with equipped bathing facilities. The most important marine park in Italy is not far away and is perfect for a relaxing day for young and old. The magnificent nature reserve of the Roman coast is also nearby. This is also an ideal starting point to visit the most interesting places in Lazio, such as the wonderful city of Rome, just 25 km from here, Castel Gandolfo 40 km and Tivoli 66 km.

Die Unterkunft war sehr authentisch. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Da es sich um ein Sommersomizil handelt und wir mit der Klima heizen mussten anfang März war es trotzdem angenehm. Zum Meer und Supermarkt hatten wir nur 2 Minuten. Verwalterin sehr nett und behilflich. Nach Rom konnten wir sogar öffentlich fahren. Wer italienischen Flair sucht, fidet ihn.
