Stunning Two Bedroom, Ground Floor Apartment in prestigious urbanisation ☀️

"From start to finish this was a wonderful apartment. The check in with Judith & having a direct number to contact with questions etc was spot on. My questions I sent to Gary were always answered quickly. I have pain issues & he made sure I had a bath chair that went across bath to sit on, also a rail to grip. Nothing too much trouble. Apartment is very comfortable, especially for me is important comfy bed ; supportive. WLoys of provisions such as oil & seasoning in cupboard. Everything was wonderful. The urbanisation was well kept & very pretty. The pool was constantly cleaned & was great to use in the very hot weather we had. We hired a car which I think you need unless you like a long walk in the heat. Throughly enjoyed our stay."

"Absolutely loved our stay here in a fantastic property with amazing views over and beyond Rojales, also with the sea in the distance. Situated at the end of a small cul-de-sac it was noticeably quiet and very relaxing. Clean and spacious inside with all the amenities that we needed for our stay. Outside has 2 very spacious terraces on split levels, again with great views. Lovely pool which was more than welcome during some very hot days there. Local shops, etc all close by with different restaurants and bars to choose from, as well as nearby Quesada also sporting more choice along with supermarkets, etc. All in all we would recommend staying here, and would book again if dates are available. "Lovely villa, outside space was just brilliant. Pool was a perfect size for us and same with the house. Judith the cleaner was great and to get the keys was a very easy handover. Definitely recommend, it’s a little bit further walk than we expected but if you find good cut throughs then it’s not too bad. Had a lovely stay :)"

"Villa was excellent, very clean inside and garden area. Listing is accurate although no mention of the amount of stairs to access the villa, which was ok if mobility is good but difficult with suitcases.Surrounding area very hilly, bars and supermarkets are a good 30 minute uphill walk, a car would be advisable. Overall though a lovely villa with plenty of outside space, lovely pool and shaded area if needed."
