"Just home from 10 nights in this gorgeous apartment. It’s very spacious and extremely comfortable, with the master suite (upstairs) second ensuite bedroom on main level, plus smaller third bedroom and separate bathroom, giving a high degree of privacy for families/friends staying together, but the very best thing about the apartment are the 4 large balconies, each with beautiful sea views. Ursula and Burghard are excellent hosts, so welcoming and friendly, always contactable throughout our stay. The fantastic sandy beach is a 5 minute walk away. Would also recommend the short drive to the main Guardamar beach with sunbeds/umbrellas to rent, plus along the promenade with restaurants and ice creams! There’s a community swimming pool close by with a snack bar. The owners provided passes to enter for free. It was sadly undergoing maintenance for most of our stay, but handy to have in the summer months, especially for kids. The Portico Mar Restaurant is a 5 minute walk away which serves delicious traditional food. There are two small local shops for your essentials. There’s a hotel close-by for a drink/coffee. We’d recommend a car for exploring all the area has to offer, lots of restaurants 5 min drive away. It’s very well connected with the main road nearby. There’s also an underground parking garage which is brilliant. I’d highly recommend the apartment. The level of comfort and quality was way above our expectations - this was the owners home, and it shows. "
