I booked this hotel through Expedia. I work in Santa Rosa and live in San Jose. I report to work in Santa Rosa twice a week and work remotely for three days. There was a scheduled change at my work just for that week. I called Expedia to adjust my stay for the next night. Expedia called the hotel, and they refused to adjust the booking. Mr. Misrav, the General Manager, wouldn't budge. I went in person to talk to him. At first, he said there wasn't an available room for the day I was trying to change my booking to. I said I was on your website, and there were plenty of rooms available. He was making all kinds of excuses. I lost one night because of this General Manager's attitude and lack of flexibility
