Great looking hotel, real “kerb appeal”. We stayed in one of the two suites on the twelfth floor, only stayed two nights could happily have spent two months. The staff were “appropriately invisible”, as in you rarely saw them until you needed them and then they were just there, great service. Breakfast was excellent. Can’t wait to go back.

Zoals u heeft gemerkt zorgen wij er dan wel voor dat de kamers qua schoonmaak en technische staat tip top in orde zijn. Fabulous short break in Roermond
We love this hotel stayed before a few times. Great location in town centre easy to walk anywhere and free parking in large car park right next door. Room was spacious comfort deluxe classic and on 11th floor very quiet. Breakfast is high quality with good choices and times are very generous to choose from. Staff are all superb. The young man who looked after us was a credit to the company. Had a sharing platter in the bar one evening €18 and it was a great meal. Can not wait to return

Great Hotel
Room was spacious and comfortable, only one issue was the Air Conditioning, i could not get it to cool the room for longer than 5 minutes, it kept switching off. However, the bed was comfortable, room was spacious and clean and had views of the surrounding areas. Staff were helpful. Only a 5 minute walk from the train station and 15 minutes from the shopping outlet, so conveniently situated

Perfect location in the center of Roermond and not far from the train station. This simply is a fantastic hotel with incredible staff, clean facilities, all the amenities you want, and an excellent breakfast.

The hotel once again went above and beyond for me. We arrived late and over a very busy period while they were preparing for the New Year night. When I had booked a double instead of a twin they accommodated as best as they could with no extra charge

From the outside this hotel looks Grand but is desperately in need of refurbishment. The room I stayed in was very dated but clean. Wallpaper was coming away from the walls and finding a light switch in dark was a challenge. Food and other facilities were very good.
