The solution described here provides an apartment (Appa 02) on the ground floor with garden and basement, with laundry and exclusive garage. The living area includes a kitchen with dining area for eight people, a living area with sofa bed satellite flat screen TV and access to the garden. The garden has a veranda with dining table for 8 people and BBQ. Also provided are two sun loungers. Die Wohnung ist genauso wie auf den Bildern, sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet, hier fehlt es an nichts. Zwischenzeitlich wurde die Badewanne durch eine große begehbare Dusche mit Schiebetüren ersetzt. Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist auch sehr angenehm. Ganz in der Nähe, kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen, befindet sich der Italmarkt, hier bekommt man alles. Auch der überdachte Außenbereich lädt zum Frühstück oder Abends zum draußen sitzen ein. Eine wirklich sehr schöne Wohnung. Der Vermieter hat uns am 2 Tag besucht und uns viele Reisetips und Infos gegeben. Ein sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt.
