"Easy check in, our room was large, spotless and modern. The garden grounds are really well looked after. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and the food was lovely. The pool and spa were again spotless. Everything has been done to a high standard. The hotel, food/drinks and the facilities are a bit pricey for Czech but they are worth it. Recepční ani servírky něchtěly mluvit anglicky, jenže já polsky 100% nerozumím. Ani mi neřekla, že mají boční vchod do patra mínus 1, odkud jede výtah. Takže jsme museli všechny kufry a tašky vytáhnout po 20 schodech z recepce do patra "0" k výtahu. Až večer jsme si to sami zjistili. Základní informace měli vytištěné v češtině. Měli jsme 3 pokoje a dali nám je ve dvou patrech a upravit to nešlo. Noční stolky drží silou vůle. Matrace proleželé. Zárubně našich dveří sotva drží u zdi. Úklid v sobotu neprobíhal, i když na webu je psáno, že je úklid denně. Ohledně bazénu by bylo dobré, od kolika do kolika hodin probíhá plavecký trénink dětí, aby se tomu hoteloví hosté vyhnuli. Lokalita je hezká, výhled z horní terasy také."
