"The rooms are very noisy, and you can hear any movement outside as if you were on the street. This is because the doors do not have a threshold at the bottom, and it also makes the rooms very cold. "I had a wonderful stay at Prime Residence. The location was just perfect. The studio was clean and had everything that one could require. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. I was there to attend a conference at the American University in Cairo (AUC). I later found out some of my peers from the conference were also staying at Prime Residence. "This was the second time I've stayed at this hotel, (I travel for work) and the service here is fantastic. The staff are super helpful, the location feels safe to me and I often go out for takeaway nearby. I'll single out Khaled and Dina from the restaurant for making my stay a pleasure. I did have an issue with a cold shower on my final night, but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay overall. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Cairo! "

Explicit hotel definitely worth staying

"Absolutely amazing, defo recommend. The hotel was clean, staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Pool was lovely. Service was amazing. Sharock in the sports bar is sensational nothing was too much for any of the staff. Was plenty to do. Food was fresh and out of this world. Would definitely stay again if I return."
