"I was wary after reading mixed reviews. My room on the 5th floor was very nice. The only issues were the bathtub draining very poorly and the sink not having warm water. Other than that, everything was great. Breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and quiet."

"The place was just as described we walked in to A nice AC room and to a very tasty blueberry bread desert.the location is awesome tucked away and quiet but yet near everything at the same time.We hope to stay again Ty Cindy for being a great host."

"We had a great experience and enjoyed our time away here. The proximity to the beach and restaurants allowed us to walk which is awesome if you are active and prefer to move on vacation. Having older kids who like to sleep in allowed my husband and I to take early morning walks on the boardwalk and enjoy coffee overlooking the water from the balcony. The outdoor shower was lovely. The home was very clean too. I was able to do laundry which was nice!! We cooked lobsters and the lobster pot was on site in addition to so many pots and pans. This home had really everything needed for a relaxing fun trip. I took my daughter’s senior pictures here and captured so many beautiful pics utilizing the bridge, boardwalk, beach, and many other spots. Thank you Gerry for excellent communication who called to check in with us after we checked in. Very pleasant transaction and will definitely book again."

"LOCATION It’s so close to the beach and Iggy's!! The property is clean, the kitchen has all the things you need, including nice new appliances, and there's plenty of soft towels (i NEED the same at my house). The beds & bedding are comfy! It's a small place, but just right for a smaller group. Also, the checkout is super easy. Just leave the place decent. No laundry or a stack of steps/rules. If I could recommend one little change, it would be to switch out the uncomfortable outdoor rubber gripping covering the stairs. It's so rough on the feet I basically had to keep shoes on. I know its for safety but maybe there's a better solution? I still recommend this house for your small group! "

"House is clean and well-provisioned, but be aware the blinds on the bedroom windows do very little to keep sunlight out. The host sent us sleepmasks after we complained about the blinds, which we appreciated, but… they really should install curtains. Also, the mattresses are very, very firm. We couldn’t get any sleep until we bought mattress toppers to put on the mattresses. This is obviously a matter of personal preference, but.. again, just be aware. Otherwise the host was pleasant and responsive (and even came to retrieve an earring that was dropped down bathroom sink drain, which we appreciated)."
