"The parking was free and easy. They have a lot in the front, as well as in the back with 24/7 access to the hotel with a key. The rooms were clean and comfortable, some things were a little worn like the table and head boards and the tv was outdated. Besides that everything worked fine and I was able to connect a Roku to the tv. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, scrambled eggs, meat and pancakes. Overall a good experience and would stay here again."

"We had a great experience and enjoyed our time away here. The proximity to the beach and restaurants allowed us to walk which is awesome if you are active and prefer to move on vacation. Having older kids who like to sleep in allowed my husband and I to take early morning walks on the boardwalk and enjoy coffee overlooking the water from the balcony. The outdoor shower was lovely. The home was very clean too. I was able to do laundry which was nice!! We cooked lobsters and the lobster pot was on site in addition to so many pots and pans. This home had really everything needed for a relaxing fun trip. I took my daughter’s senior pictures here and captured so many beautiful pics utilizing the bridge, boardwalk, beach, and many other spots. Thank you Gerry for excellent communication who called to check in with us after we checked in. Very pleasant transaction and will definitely book again."

"LOCATION It’s so close to the beach and Iggy's!! The property is clean, the kitchen has all the things you need, including nice new appliances, and there's plenty of soft towels (i NEED the same at my house). The beds & bedding are comfy! It's a small place, but just right for a smaller group. Also, the checkout is super easy. Just leave the place decent. No laundry or a stack of steps/rules. If I could recommend one little change, it would be to switch out the uncomfortable outdoor rubber gripping covering the stairs. It's so rough on the feet I basically had to keep shoes on. I know its for safety but maybe there's a better solution? I still recommend this house for your small group! "

"We (2 adults - mother & daughter) had a wonderful stay! Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped accommodations for our three-night visit to the area. Quiet and private setting on a cul-de-sac; dedicated parking; within close (driving) distance to convenience stores, groceries, restaurants and shops. East Greenwich is a lovely town and proved a perfect homebase as we explored coastal RI and MA. We'd love to return to spend more time. Thank you to our hosts!"
