- This Warwick house located 12 minutes from the Providence Airport, and 15 minutes from Kent Hospital has 2 bedrooms. The tremendous bedrooms offer a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. 2 minutes from Conimicut Point Park where you can enjoy a beverage looking at the sunset, and 2 minutes from Conimicut Village, where you can find great local restaurants and cafe's. Conimicut Point Park is accessible for boats, which makes it the perfect place to enjoy water sports, like fishing, kayaking, sailing, and more. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. With full kitchen, dinnerware and utensils, included to prepare all your meals at your stay. New appliances, includes a Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and blender. You can enjoy movies and your favorite tv shows in one of our two 55-inch TV's. We offer various board games to play with family and friends. Amenities like Wifi, AC and Heating, Washing and Dryer machines, and iron are included. Parking capable to have 4 vehicles, RV's and Boats Parking available on-site. Full fenced back yard.
