Perfect cozy spot!

We loved our stay at Tiny Rock. The home was perfect for our needs - it was nice, clean, and quiet. I love that it had a gas cooktop to do some meals, and washer/dryer to do a load of laundry before we left. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!

The property was very accurately depicted in the listing. It is a tiny house but it worked out very well for my husband and myself. The property was very clean and the manager, Chad was extremely helpful and responsive. The bed, at least for us, was very comfortable and for the most part the house was well equipped . . . . a few wine glasses and a dedicated colander would be great, and the addition of a few hooks for coats would also be nice. All in all our stay was extremely comfortable and we wouldn't hesitate to stay at Tiny Rock again. Thanks, Chad!

Wonderful Property

We stayed at this location while visiting the area. It is spacious and well equipped. It's nicely decorated. The host replied quickly to any questions I had. It's also priced very reasonably. The only suggestion I have, and it's minor, is that it is very dark if you arrive after dark. There is a small spotlight that i believe was solar and it did not turn on. It was difficult to see where we were going and hard to enter the door code. Once we got in and turned on the outdoor light we were fine, Would definitely stay at this location again!

I have stayed at Tiny Rock twice for two weeks and I highly recommend this home. The property sits on gorgeous land with a meticulously manicured lawn and the serenity, as well as the views are priceless. My dog loves Tiny Rock so much that it was always hard to convince him to get in the car and go elsewhere. When I returned for my second two week stay, I was pleased to find added amenities, such as an air purifier and iron/ironing board. I have stayed in homes that charge a much higher nightly rate and have been disappointed to see that all of those hosts used generic cleaning products to clean their homes. However, Tiny Rock is listed at a very affordable rate, yet it is stocked with a surplus of name brand cleaning supplies, which says a lot about Chad, who is an excellent host, btw.

Tinyrock is an excellent place to stay. The host even came out on Thanksgiving to fix an issue, and could not have been more polite. We will definitely be back when we stay in Knoxville. I can not recommend this lovely little tiny home enough.

Perfect small house - has everything that a person could need - no issues at all and if I am back in the area in the future I would definitely consider staying again - I liked being away from everything (and you are out there a bit, it is very nice) and I especially enjoyed the shower. For a small house the stand up shower was very roomy.
