"The hotel itself was fine… lots to see and do, clean overall… the room itself wasn’t bad either (though there were definitely some scuff marks and damaged wallpaper spots), but the bathroom left a lot to be desired because paint was peeling off the door, wallpaper was coming off the wall, the shower was okay-ish and had a separate tub that was really low and awkward. Just disappointing to have a bathroom that was in need of some updating/maintenance."
"Got to my room at 8pm.
1. The hot water was non-existent.
2. No shampoo.
3. Tried to call the front desk and got Rita, the terribly useless AI bot.
4. Tried to call zero, got Rita.
5. Tried to use Rita to "put a request in for building maintenance (like I work there or something)" and another for house keeping. Success.
6. Waited 30 minutes and never heard from anyone.
7. Used Rita again to try to do the same thing.
8. Nobody responded again for 15 minutes.
9. Used Rita again for 15 minutes trying to get a human, Rita refused to allow me to until I asked for a room comp.
10. Got customer service at this point. Customer service lady talked super fast and talked over me repeatedly. I asked her to stop talking over me and she wished me a good night and hung up. That took another 10 minutes
11. Went to the front desk and asked a customer rep for a manager.
12. 10 minutes went by, got manager, explained what's going on, he placed work orders and notified managers of departments to make it a priority. Wouldn't give me a different room. Gave me a 70 food/drink credit to bill to my room.
13. Went back to my room and waited.
14. Half hour went by, shampoo was dropped off.
15. Waited another 15 and checked hot water, huzzah, took a shower.
16. 11:30pm-ish, someone knocked on our door with a DND on it and asked about the water.
17. Woke up and ordered room service, $78.
18. Took cold shower since hot water was not working again.
19. Got billed for the room service and no credit for it."
"Very beautiful resort on the North side of the strip. The interesting thing is they allow free parking but other than that bring your wallet. One small bottled water is $12. Average meal for 2 in their food hall is $80. I can't complain about anything else but the prices are steep."
