"Une fois la réservation faite communication spontanée par l'établissement par mail en anglais uniquement. Certes très bien expliqué simple et clair mais sans me demander à la base ma langue souhaitée. Réservation en France à Perpignan avec un couple propriétaire à Nice pour un client de Toulouse. Rue populaire et très sympathique arrivée simple par code et boîte à clef. Appartement propre bien équipé. Appartement froid en arrivant la climatisation centrale à mis du temps pour réchauffer...

"Ms Giselle and Mr Joël are nice and supportive people. The accommodation on itself is acceptable and comfortable enough, no question, but, if compared to the most of offered apartments of similar level and price, it would be suitable to supplement the service with wi-fi connection or air conditioning, too. Any guest would surely appreciate some trifles like some tea or coffee sachets and the like in the kitchen not to mention a sufficient supply of toilet paper. To speak still about strengths in...

"An absolutely faultless experience top to bottom - clean, quality, central, efficient check in, really really great. Only comment (which the hosts have no control over of course), with the central location it is very noisy as other reviews have mentioned."

"Des l arrivée nous avons été déçus par l appartement, le ménage facturé 80€ n a pas été fais nous avons passé 2h à tout nettoyer (poussière confiture sur les interrupteurs, salle de bain sale, moisissures sur la peinture des toilettes etc…. Popliday ainsi que fonçia sont en copies de tous mes mails. Sinon argeles est une très belle ville avec ses alentours"

"Pensions à une cour privative vu la photo en réalité un trottoir avec chaussée contigue passage de voiture et de gens.Difficile de petit déjeuner dehors par exemple.De plus tout est propre le propriétaire très sympathique et serviable mais le problème c'est la table de salle à manger beaucoup trop baute avec tabourets très hauts difficile pour les repas ."

"The apartment was in a good position for the beach just a short walk away - plenty of cafes restaurants nearby and a short walk into main part. Boulangerie nearby was very good - bread made on premises was lovely so were the cakes. The apartment's balcony has a view of the mountains and sunny from lunchtime through to late evening. We had a lovely stay."
