QUIET, HIGH STANDING, LARGE TERRACE AND SWIMMING POOL NEAR THE BEACH

  • The apartment is located in a secure and very quiet luxury residence 200 meters from a marina and 800 meters from the beach. Covering an area of 52 m2, it has two closed bedrooms and a mezzanine with convertible sofa. The 20 m2 terrace is on the first and last floor, facing south, with views of Albères and Canigou, sheltered from prevailing winds (very important in the region to take full advantage of it). Reversible air conditioning, shutters, electric blinds, wi-fi ... ensure optimal comfort in all seasons. Two private outdoor parking spaces are available inside the residence. Close to Collioures, Spain and the Pyrenees, you can take advantage of your holidays to discover the region. For athletes, the Capellans complex (tennis, squash ...) is about 500 meters from the residence. There is also a very beautiful golf course in St-Cyp and several equestrian centers.
