Everything was ready and clean. Host was incredible, very responsive. Property is nicely secluded and still just a short drive to town. We had a wonderful stay.
We had a fantastic time. The cottage was clean, well appointed, and nice views. Gregg was a gracious host, so much fun, interesting, and helpful. Loved exploring the ranch property, playing in the river, and watching the wildlife. Listening to the Sandhills Cranes was delightful. We would love to go again! Plenty to do if you like exploring the area- drove through Wind River Canyon, stopped in Thermopiles Hot Springs State Park and hiked, went to the Jackson Hole and grand Tetons National Park.
Our stay at the ranch just outside of Riverton, WY was a great experience. Greg and Karen are wonderful hosts. The cabin is new, very modern and we were very comfortable. The setting is all about nature and outdoor enjoyment. Getting to the cabin from the main road is a little rough. We were driving a Toyota Avalon and we wished that we had been in a truck, SUV, or jeep. But there was no problem. Highly recommend.
This vacation home was a real treat! It was secluded, relaxing and a new build with high end touches! The owner met us at the gate to a gravel trail and we followed him down this recreational trail, once a railway, to our remote getaway. The house is in the middle of an active pasture, with cattle, a horse and mule there to greet you. We spent our time there exploring the high altitude desert landscape, smelling the sage, waking up to the birds, eating our meals on the deck, and sitting by the pond. Karen was very accommodating and responsive to all communication. It was a very pleasantly stay and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing time away in the country.
A great property with so many exclusive amenities such as access to the river, rail trail, wildlife viewing and amazing sunrises and star gazing. Not far from town, but feel like you are a million miles away. Great location for fishing, but access to all of the areas great attraction.
