We spent 2 nights at this casino hotel. Although it was a smoking permitted casino, and I hate smoke, it didn’t smell smoky. Our room was large and very comfortable with a nice balcony. The restaurant was clean, the food good and the prices were very good. I wish it wasn’t so far away from everything. I would definitely recommend staying and playing there.

What a beautiful place! We were shocked when they told us it wasn't brand new, it's that nice! Very friendly, helpful and courteous staff! Their staffing levels was much than other places that we've stayed. The rates were cheap considering what we experienced. We will be coming back!

We are not gamblers. The only reason we stayed at the Shoshone Rose is because the Holiday Day Inn Express was more than $300 / night. Um, no. Not paying that for a Holiday Inn Express. That said, the Shoshone Rose was clean and the rooms all non-smoking. And $170 / night. It was fine. We would stay again.

The internet did not work, there was no TV because internet was down rooms were not properly cleaned. The staff was not helpful. Checked out early because of the poor condition of the rooms and the staff being unhelpful. They did not refund my second day stay that I had paid for through expedia. They said I had to do it. We were there for my grandsons, funeral. We had a terrible experience at the hotel.

This is one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The facility is beautiful and clean, and because of its location it’s very peaceful and quiet even though it’s attached to a casino. I felt very safe staying here as a solo female with a young child. We had a beautiful view of a picturesque farm with the mountains behind it, and we loved watching the horses in the pasture. We also enjoyed the huge walk in shower, and if we’d had time I’m sure we also would have enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. I will be recommending this hotel to anybody I know who is traveling through the Wind River range, and especially anybody who is interested in getting to know the tribes in the area. This hotel is within a short distance of Sacagawea's grave, Sinks Canyon state park, and the Wind River Horse Sanctuary, as well as many more attractions spread throughout the Wind River range. I will absolutely be staying here again the next time I come through the area, and I will be looking forward to it until that time comes.
