"The pool was warm but the hot tub was out of order today so not able to use which was very disappointing seeing as it wasn't working properly yesterday either and is a big part of the attraction of staying at Cave Castle. It was also not pointed out by the leisure centre staff when wishing to use the leisure facilities which it should have been. Poor service definitely"

"Unfortunately the stay was not a pleasant one! We stayed for two nights and on arrival the room was set up as a twin, this was quickly resolved by staff though. We reported that the pillows were insufficient and need more , we were told they were full and had no spares. The worst thing was the bed which was very uncomfortable and due to the very thin worn mattress’s, they were very thin and it felt that the springs were digging in to you. On the plus side the pub was nice with decent food but the whole experience was let down by the total disregard for customer comfort."

"Everyone so helpful , and meals are big portions and good selection, staff so nice treat you like family. Rooms clean and comfortable and parking on your doorstep , everything you could want , definitely going back and highly recommended "
