Foi a terceira vez que fiquei na rede windsor, ano passado foi no oceânico ( de frente ). Ótimo atendimento , café da manhã excelente , bem como a higiene do quarto. Só fiquei meio frustrada pq pedi um ferro de passar roupas emprestado e só aí descobri que é cobrado o serviço , pra passar cada peça de roupa fica bem caro e é cobrado por peça. Foi frustrante pelo fato de que ano passado tbm pedi um ferro de passar no windsor oceânico e lá não era cobrado, então achei que o padrão muda muito de um hotel para outro mesmo se tratando de rede. No mais minha estadia foi ótima

Hotel bem localizado e entrega o que promete. A minha avaliação porém não é nota 10 porque durante a noite acordei com aproximadamente 10 picadas na perna do que parecia ser percevejos e/ou pulgas. O quarto parecia limpo, porém a minha estadia foi prejudicada por conta desse evento. Avisei a recepção sobre isso na hora do checkout e eles ficaram de avaliar a limpeza do quarto.
