Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Price/value champion!
Hotel is clean and in a central location, being very close to a police station is also very good. It looks a little old but it is not a big deal. Rooms are big and fairly quiet. Furniture is far from new, but everything that is required is available. Staff was friendly and supportive. Breakfast is just OK, but I never left hungry. For the price is a real bargain!
Superb location in Lapa. Nice size room with balcony overlooking the street. Some things they could improve on: bathroom amenities are not provided; better pillows; the breakfast buffet was pretty sad; and an in room safe would be nice. Small upgrades would go a long way. Would consider staying here again.

Disliked: Room comfort
Staff friendly
On arrival they did not have my booking. They asked to pay again. I tried to call hotel.com with no joy. I asked for the Mano who could speak English.
However, 3 hours later they said it was ok to stay and they would sort it tomorrow with hotel.com
I was mortified to say the least! But hopefully all will be ok
