I also like the location. I happened to get a room overlooking the mountain which was gorgeous. Additionally, the continental breakfast was generous. What I did not like was that there were roaches (and not the tropical roaches that cannot be avoided). Additionally, the Wi-Fi was almost inoperable which was scary because I had work to do. Additionally, the room finishes are quite outdated, with limited sockets and no usb ports. There were 2 cockroaches but when we contacted the stuff they said it was normal. The shower were dirty and I didn’t want to step a foot inside we were scared of fungus and contagious deseases. They didn’t provided a charged due to the outlets are different, they refused a late check out, they charged us money to keep the luggage’s for a late pick up, overall an awful experience and I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. ##### Luis ### 2/10 Terrible #### Victor 2 Nov 2024 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities Totally horrible from the beginning to the end. The room was bad smelling and badly cleaned. The toilet was not flushing and we had to live with this for 2 days. The staff was very ignorant and not serviceminded at all. Not resolving the toilet issue.The breakfast was very bad and the foid was cold.Charging extra for safe and early check in of 200rs. I also had a big problem there. On my check out a staff member told my partner and I ...that on the check in. They did charge less and we had to fix there mistake (this was after 3 days that we where there). I didnt accept his mistake... was there problem. Sorry! I had an international fight and if they had made a mistake... is because the staff has no training or attention. Be aware of this hotel service. I really dont recommend. - no room service; - staff are rude; - payment in a wrong way. ##### Christian Stayed 3 nights in Feb 2025 ### 4/10 Poor #### Luis 23 Nov 2023 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service People at the front desk don’t care about the cuatomer, after a long flight I was ready to get some rest, Front desk don’t do nothing to help out with early check in, there were a lot of ppl waiting to check in, they told us to wait till 3pm, We waited, but by the time was 3pm there were 2 guests that arrive that time, and rhey get their rooms before all the people that were waiting for more than 2 hours. My room wasn’t ready because they’re “cleaning it “ when I get to the room bathroom dirty, I found other people hair in the sink, shower was leaking, glassdoor was with water, I stepped out next day, I came back to the room it wasn’t cleaned, I saw the lady on my floor, I went down to the lobby, almost 2 hours down there, I went up again, my room was still not cleaned, I called the front desk to get some towels, soap and shampoo, I told them not to clean anymore, I needed some rest. ##### Luis Stayed 2 nights in Nov 2023 ### 4/10 Poor #### Alejandro 3 Jan 2026 Liked: Cleanliness El aire acondicionado de la primera habitación que me asignaron no funcionaba en absoluto, en un contexto de sensación térmica cercana a los 38 °C. Tuve que insistir de manera firme para que se realizara el cambio de habitación, ya que el supuesto gerente no daba ninguna respuesta ni solución. El proceso tomó alrededor de tres horas. Incluso tuve que permanecer frente a la recepción y dejar claro que no me movería hasta que resolvieran la situación. Finalmente realizaron el cambio, pero la experiencia deja la impresión de que este tipo de problemas son recurrentes y que el personal está acostumbrado a no atenderlos con la urgencia que merecen los huéspedes. Hablé con otros huéspedes y varios me comentaron que vivieron la misma situación; a algunos de ellos no los cambiaron de habitación sino hasta la una de la madrugada. En general, fue una experiencia desgastante que pudo y debió resolverse con mayor eficiencia y atención. No dia seguinte reclamei novamente e o pior era a discarga que disparava , aí veio a manutenção e arrumou tudo. A discarga nao melhorou, vieram novamente, só no ultimo dia que nao tive mais problema.
