Awesome place
Had a great stay, very nice hotel ans good staff. They are really friendly, have a nice solo artist on the weekend’s. Location is really amazing, it definitely felt safer than Copacabana. The breakfast is awesome ans their cakes. The room I had was small but it is expected for the price. I would stay longer, my only complaint is there is no natural sunlight. The rooms are inside so there are no windows for outside. If it had that, would definitely staid longer. I definitely recommend the place and I definitely would return.

A great hotel
I had a great stay at the hotel and is located in a good location with many attractions close by. It was very clean with very helpful staff, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore Rio.

I loved the room as it has everything you need: A comfortable bed and an excellent shower - The space is small, it is optimized and we were able to comfortably accommodate our bags and backpacks. The breakfast is super complete and delicious, with fresh fruit, a delicious coffee and a variety of cold meats, breads and tea - The location of the Hotel is very good, close to coffee shops, restauntes and Botafogo subway station. Important fact: If you travel by car it is difficult to get parking, since places are not reserved and the hourly payment is expensive.

I only stayed one night but it was a great little find. The guy on reception spoke good English and was super helpful with booking an airport taxi and recommending places to eat locally.

A good affordable hotel in Rio
Stayed as a couple for 5 nights. First time in Rio. The area was fine - near Botafogo metro/Uber. Staff friendly. Cleaners were great. Breakfast in the morning was decent - nice scrambled eggs and fresh bread. Room was small but perfect for us. Shower was good. Air con worked well. Very happy and planning to stay again.

Good location, that is about it.
Hotel is located near Botafogo beach (where because of pollution you don’t want to swim). Also a block and a half from an 8 story shopping center, which has a movie theater and lots of restaurants. Also three blocks from the metro and a block away from bus stop. The hotel is two years old and falling apart at the seams. After every down pour, there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling. Even when it did not rain, it leaked once. Room was very tight for a queen size bed. Sheets were from decades ago. Breakfast buffet was lacking diversity. Staff was very nice.

Agradecemos o seu comentário. As chuvas do incio do ano de fato afetaram o hotel e causaram problemas no telhado e no encanamento. Por se tratar de um imóvel tombado, precisamos respeitar algumas restrições para proceder o reparo e ainda sim conservar o imóvel que faz parte do patrimônio histórico da cidade. Pedimos sinceras desculpas pelos transtornos e informamos que já estamos fazendo as manutenções necessárias.

Excellent breakfast and good English speaking staff - room could have been cleaner - had a cockroach on arrival and had to ask them to clean cobwebs and floor - Comfy bed though small room and often noise from other residents

Declínio evidente
Desde a primeira hospedagem, em março de 2023, ficou evidente uma significativa queda no padrão de qualidade, tanto das instalações, quanto dos serviços. O quarto (08) estava confortável, mas vários sinais de falta de manutenção, como o controle remoto da TV, que não funcionava, a pia do banheiro com vazamento, suportes no box do banheiro, sem a respectiva prateleira de vidro, muitas sujidades no box do banheiro.... O check-in no início da tarde foi lento, displicente e pouco cortês. À noite, o atendimento da recepção foi bem melhor. O café da manhã é simples, mas suficiente e bem organizado.

A localização do hotel é excelente, principalmente para quem vai a turismo. Muito próxima a estação de metrô e a um shopping. O hotel é bonito, com estilo de hotel butique, e um atendimento num geral muito bom. Gostei do café da manhã e, realmente, acredito que o custo-benefício é um dos melhores da região. Porém há defeitos. E alguns que me incomodaram bastante. No quarto que fiquei, no primeiro andar, o barulho era intenso. E não é da rua, é do próprio hotel, música da recepção, hóspedes, funcionários e movimento de limpeza. Tentei dormir a tarde e simplesmente não consegui. Solicite a troca de quarto para uma posição mais silenciosa e o funcionário que me atendeu disse que não tinha outro quarto. O isolamento acústico é MUITO ruim.

La peor experiencia en un hotel
El hotel es lleno de humedad, se inunda seguido, en mi caso mi habitación se inundó totalmente. Todas mis pertenencias fueron mojadas, incluso mi computadora. El hotel nunca se hizo responsable, no contestan a ningún correo, llamada, incluso por parte de hotel.com. Son totalemente irresponsables, groseros, y apáticos. No recomiendo este hotel, en la zona existen alternativas muy buenas.

O Hotel é muito charmoso e agradável
O Hotel é muito charmoso e tem um excelente custo benefício. Café da manhã ótimo e toda a equipe é muito atenciosa. O único ponto negativo que chamou a atenção é que como os quartos não tem janelas com insolação o quarto fica com um cheiro um pouco forte. Sugiro utilizarem aqueles odorizadores de ambiente.

Hotel sujo e decadente
O hotel é bonito, tem boa localização e um bom café da manhã, porém todo o resto é ruim. Assim que chegamos, fomos colocadas em um quarto no térreo, no corredor haviam diversas caixas e sacos com toalhas e outros objetos de limpeza. Bagunçado, parecia que estávamos em uma área restrita a funcionários. Dentro do quarto o cheiro muito forte de mofo, o quarto sujo, com muita poeira, claramente ninguém varria embaixo da cama há semanas. Além disso haviam mosquitos, aranhas e teias de aranha em toda os spots da iluminação e nos cantos do teto. No dia seguinte, saímos cedo e deixamos a chave para a limpeza do quarto, que para nossa surpresa no final da tarde ainda não havia sido limpo. O atendente da recepção nos informou que havia ocorrido um problema com a pessoa da limpeza que não poderia limpar nosso quarto. Se você pretende dormir, esse não é o lugar, já que as paredes são extremamente finas. A partir das 6 da manhã já começam a abrir e fechar a porta do corredor que range, ficando difícil dormir. Se resolver correr o risco de se hospedar nesse hotel, recomendo antialérgico, insecticida e protetores de ouvido.
