The standard room have a bad view upon arrival I upgraded with an ocean view, I have the best view ever. The picture when I book the rooms doesn’t look good but I check the review and all were very good. My recommendation to the hotel is to update the pictures in the rooms.

Very olde-world fancy. Comfortable beds, great view over Copacabana beach. Awesome dining room (air con was a bit overzealous) but the breakfast seemed to be mostly very rich cakes. I was happy with cereal and yoghurt, and very pleased that it was included in the rate. They were very accommodating to store our luggage until check in the day we arrived.

The hotel is great! I wasn’t impressed by the pictures when I booked, but the good reviews convinced me. In reality, the hotel is beautiful, clean, and convenient. This is a great location. Very clean and great staff. I can’t imagine anyone complaining about this place. It’s a classic but it’s well-maintained with clean linen and some toiletries. I stayed at three hotels on this trip and it was my favorite
