Perfect

I went there with my American family . The apartment had everything that we need . Including toys for my kid . There are 3 baths which made a bid difference . There was a patio that we use a lot . In addition the host was very nice and available for everything we need . Location was the best aver .

Leblon Gem

We had two wonderful weeks in Leblon. Gustavo’s apartment is located just a block from the beach and was more than comfortable for us. Gustavo’s team met us at check-in, resolved some minor repair issues, and facilitated a late check out that was easier for our evening flight home. He also provided a mid-stay cleaning and was always available for any questions or concerns. Thank you, Gustavo, Evandro and Rita!

Ótimo apartamento. Excelente localização. Recomendamos.

Apartamento muito bem localizado, próximo a praias, restaurantes, farmácias e supermercado. Possível fazer tudo sem carro. Metrô na rua atrás do apartamento. Praia bem frequentada e tranquila. Posso dizer que segura. Apartamento bem estruturado, com 2 banheiros internos e um externo. Equipados com utensílios domésticos suficientes para o preparo de alimentos. Sugestão, como já indicado pelo proprietário, de substituir a máquina de lavar louças (quebrada).

O melhor do Rio!

Adoramos nossa estada. O apartamento é ainda mais bonito do que nas fotos! Cada cantinho com uma iluminação especial. O espaço da varanda é muito agradável, você se sente como se estivesse em uma casa térrea. Levamos nossa cachorrinha, o lugar é perfeito para quem tem cachorro pequeno. Decoração impecável, e a cozinha completamente equipada. O anfitrião é muito atencioso. Com certeza voltaremos!

Localização Perfeita!

Apartamento muito charmoso e confortável! Exatamente como nas fotos! Camas confortáveis e tudo muito limpo! Os únicos pontos negativos foram o barulho dos apartamentos vizinhos que nos incomodou um pouco durante a noite e o cheiro da tubulação no banheiro da suite . Mas é um ótimo apartamento!

The apartment is located on a great street in Leblon, a very nice and safe neighborhood with restaurants and grocery stores nearby and a few blocks from the beach. The building has security 24 hrs a day and so we felt very safe. The apartment is comfortable and well decorated and has everything you need. It has a washer/dryer that came in handy to wash our bathing suits. Didier, the owner was very solicitous and available to answer questions. He helped me get a refund when I accidentally booked the wrong date from VRBO. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Fiquei com meu namorado e meus pais no apartamento do Gustavo. Tudo deu super certo. O apartamento tem todas as comodidades, utensilios, condições de limpeza para passar uns días realmente agradáveis no Rio de Janeiro. Alem do apartamento ser lindo e super aconchegante, o proprietário Gustavo é super atencioso, esteve sempre disponível quando foi preciso e diariamente enviava mensagens com atividades interessantes na cidade. Você pode se hospedar no AP do Gustavo com a absoluta certeza que tudo vai dar certo, e as condições e suas necessidades serão 100% respeitadas. Por perto tem supermercados, padarias, botecos, lanchonetes. Com certeza na próxima vez que volte pro Rio em familia escolherei novamente aquele belo AP no Leblón!!! Na minha opinião, depois de 10 anos de viajar pro Rio de Janeiro, o melhor bairro para se hospedar (muito muito seguro) Obrigada por tudo Gustavo.

Fantástico!

Fiquei hospedado com minha família e nossa experiência não poderia ter sido melhor! A localização do apartamento é excelente porque ele fica próximo de muitas opções de lojas, restaurantes e afins, além de ser pertinho da praia. Comfortable & Lovely, well situated apartment.

Gustavo's apartment is lovely. Excellent neighborhood close to everything. The beach is one block and all the chic restaurants are one block away. Gustavo is a wonderful host. I highly recommend a stay here.

A localização do apartamento é excelente, a uma quadra da praia, no coração do Leblon. A rua é super tranquila e próxima aos bares e restaurantes da região. O apartamento é uma graça, super bem decorado. Camas grandes e lençois limpinhos e cheirosos. Eu adorei ficar neste apartamento e com certeza voltaria. O Gustavo, dono do apartamento, sempre nos respondeu de prontidão e foi muito gentil em responder todas as dúvidas. É muito organizado também.
