My shower did not have any hot water. When i went to the front desk they said there was nothing they could do about it. My room also didnt have a blanket. The toilet also has a lot of issues

Absolutely TERRIBLE. They claim to have parking, but its only about 20 spots and the cars can't get in or out freely without playing puzzle and removing all cars that are blocking the ones in the front, garanteed parking was the only reason we chose this dump. DIRTY! The towels and sheets have stains, the floors are sticky, everything inside the rooms are falling apart, dirty or stained, and I mean everything. The location is terrifying, people defecate and urinate on the streets, the restaurants around the area have roaches, we did not feel safe (pay the extra money and stay elsewhere). The one positive is the breakfast, simple but good.

Llegamos 12:30, como el check in era a las 14 sin flexibilidad alguna, tuvimos que esperar, bueno dijimos , aquí serán muy responsables en todo Pero el hotel está todo realmente muy sucio, por ejemplo todo el piso de la parte donde se desayuna , hace semanas por lo menos que no lo limpian, sábanas con agujeros, el baño sin canillas, la heladera llena de hielo, toda socia , pero bueno como era por una noche nos la bancábamos, el tema es que cuando fuimos a acostarnos, en las camas había bichos, fuimos a la recepción para que nos cambien la habitación , había solo un empleado que nos pasó a una más chica , nosotros éramos 5 y no entrábamos, a la hora me trajo un colchón, para poner en un costado, y la sábanas para armar yo mismo la cama , esta habitación no tenía bichos , pero tenía un olor a encierro y humedad como que hace rato no se usaba, por suerte era un solo dia, por lo menos íbamos a desayunar , perooo, había cucarachas rondando por los platos del desayuno Un desastre, NO VAYAN, cualquier lugar que encuentres en Río va a ser mejor que esta mugre Encima cuando a la mañana le pregunté que iban a hacer con la situación , su respuesta fue que ya nos había cambiado de habitación Un papelon

Quarto muito sujo (roupas de cama sujas, toalhas sujas, mofo no banheiro e no quarto, moveis empoeirados). Fizemos check-in, mas logo em seguida desistirmos de ficar. Meu filho e minha esposa tem alergia e não tinha nem como dormir em um lugar desse.

O hotel aparece ser limpo, mais quando chega no quarto lençol com furos e sujo e o chão cheio de poeira. Pedimos pra fazer a troca a moça não gosto de informar que tinha que limpa o chão devido o pó que estava. O café da manhã e simples. O atendimento da recepção muito bom.

Café da manhã razoável, mas com poucas opções. Os funcionários da recepção são simpáticos e atenciosos. O quarto e banheiro com tamanho bom. Roupa de cama limpinha. Nos arredores há alguns bares, farmácia. Por ficar próximo a Lapa, há ruas nas proximidades com boates e restaurantes. Contudo, é uma região com muitos moradores de rua.

PÉSSIMO

Tive uma experiência horrível e desagradável com o hotel, o quarto cheirava mal, não tinha cobertores, as camas estavam cheia de carrapato. Acordamos com os carrapatos andando no nosso rosto o hotel não prestou nenhuma tipo de suporte. Fomos embora na mesma hora, e quando estávamos indo embora achamos carrapato em nossas roupas. Não desejo essa experiência para ninguém.

Um hotel que tem potencial.

Infelizmente, minha esposa e eu não tivemos uma experiência muito boa. Ao chegar no quarto, encontramos diversos fios de cabelo no chão, demonstrando que o quarto não foi varrido. Foi necessário solicitar que fizessem uma limpeza adequada. No meio da estadia, colocamos a placa na porta solicitando a limpeza do quarto, esperamos até o dia seguinte para perguntar sobre a faxina e o pessoal da recepção informou que pediria para a faxineira executar a limpeza, contudo fomos embora e a faxineira não apareceu e nem deram satisfação sobre o assunto. O café da manhã é bem básico e teve um dia que o pão francês havia acabado quando chegamos para tomar nosso café. Os funcionários são educados e simpáticos, mas o hotel precisa fazer uma reciclagem no atendimento.

Sem conforto.

Vi que o hotel tem muitos quartos e quartos muito bons. Infelizmente o meu estava entre terrível e ruim. O ar condicionado era antigo e não funcionava e tinha uma janela com vista para uma parede de concreto. No quarto ao lado tinha ar condicionado e eu soube porque podia ouvir ele fazendo barulho e pingando. O banheiro tinha um odor ruim e pisos escorregadios. Não pegava internet dentro do meu quarto e a TV não funcionava. Graças a Deus a temperatura estava agradável porque se não fosse isso não conseguiria dormir. Café da manhã razoável, supriu as necessidades. A maioria dos atendentes é simpático também. Enfim. Há quartos que cumprem o prometido com o mínimo de conforto. Infelizmente o que fiquei não era um deles.

Hotel precário

Não vale a pena pelo preço. Preço alto para qualidade inferior. Quando cheguei no quarto, cheiro de mofo, placas de mofo nas paredes, no banheiro forte cheiro de mofo e no qual, quando sai a tarde e voltei a noite quando cheguei no quarto senti o quarto abafado, quando abri a porta do banheiro uma parte do teto estava no chão. Tirei foto e mostrei para o rapaz da portaria, ele trocou o meu quarto e o cheiro de mofo ainda estava presente. Hotel está necessitando de uma reforma e melhores cuidados. Hotel está em condições precárias. Os atendentes e as camareiras foram simpáticos e educados.
