The room was not fully clean, the air conditioning did work but here no instructions on how to use it and the first night I slept without AC . Additionally the evening staff was unbelievably rude and the street very noisy. I wouldn’t recommend.

Minha experiência neste hotel foi profundamente decepcionante. A única qualidade real é a boa localização, mas todo o restante ficou muito aquém do mínimo aceitável. Os quartos estavam infestados de percevejos, que ficavam nas roupas e na cama, causando inúmeras picadas durante a noite — algo totalmente inadmissível para qualquer estabelecimento que recebe hóspedes. O café da manhã também foi muito fraco, oferecendo basicamente pão, apresuntado, queijo, café e leite; frutas raramente apareciam, tornando o serviço muito inferior ao esperado. Além disso, o comportamento dos funcionários foi extremamente inadequado. Presenciei diversas discussões com gritos e conflito entre eles na frente dos hóspedes, e em uma ocasião um funcionário simplesmente abandonou o posto no horário de trabalho, revelando falta de profissionalismo e possível desgaste emocional da equipe. Outro episódio grave foi quando trocaram a fechadura do meu quarto enquanto eu ainda estava hospedado, deixando todas as minhas coisas lá dentro. Ao retornar, fiquei mais de uma hora aguardando na recepção até conseguirem resolver o problema, o que gerou enorme estresse. Em conclusão, não recomendo este hotel de forma alguma. Minha estadia foi péssima em praticamente todos os quesitos, e quem deseja uma viagem tranquila deve evitar esse estabelecimento.
