The lobby consist of old discarded furniture with undesirables, drug users, homeless people loitering inside. The room was my worst nightmare, horrible linen, filthy bathroom, broken 1970’s box television, wires hanging out from the wall, dirty floor and linen which I refused to sleep overnight on! The noise in the hallway was unbearable. The only way to get WiFi is go to the lobby which was consumed with the workers and some apparent friends who watched the soccer match, therefore no seating. The photos are extremely misleading. It’s lower than a hostel! Please don’t make my mistake in booking this property! I couldn’t and didn’t stay!

O Ar-condicionado no hotel não funcionou, acordei com braços e costas empolado de picadas de mosquito, isso as 5h da manhã, acordei e fui a recepção, reclamei com o funcionário, me deu duas chaves de quartos, mas nenhum deles estava bom. Um o ar-condicionado estava desmonte não funcionando, o outro também não funcionava o ar-condicionado e estava sujo. Não foi possível ficar no quarto. Fiz uma reclamação nós Hotéis.com

O Hotel precisa de uma nova reforma geral.

Esse hotel precisa de reparos, pintura nos quartos e nos banheiros. A lixeira estava quebrada, custa 6 ou 8 reais uma lixeira plástica nova, não é possível ficar esse hotel assim no relaxo, posso até fazer uma doação para melhorar a qualidade das estadias. Falta gestão. Os funcionários são muito bons. Pena que mal administrados. Sugiro que se Investir um pouco no dia a dia ... para melhorar o conforto dos ambientes pode ser excelente e não precisa se gastar muito para que isso aconteça. Um dia reforma um quarto, outro semana outro e assim vai deixando tudo mais adequado e confortável para se ficar lá por uma estadia. Fiquei no 5o. andar. Sou formada em hotelaria, fiquei projetando uma reforma boa e econômica para esse hotel que é muito bem localizado.

É um hotel com acomodações simples. São muitos apartamentos mais de 10 andares e a rotatividade é muito alta. A localização é perto da Praça Mauá, e a calçada em frente cheia de pedintes e moradores de rua. À noite é meio perigoso e tem que ficar atento. Sair pede Uber e entra direto no Uber e na volta faz o mesmo. Tem o VLT que tem uma parada em frente também. Perto dos pontos turísticos do centro é uma facilidade. A tV do quarto é horrível e Wi-fi só nos corredores e portaria. Mas para ser um lugar para dormir é razoável pelo preço. Café da manhã é bom! O atendimento também é bom!

Hotel básico

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado. Tienes el mercado del centro muy cerca (Uruguaiana), farmacias, cafeterías, restaurantes, estación de VLT enfrente y a pocos metros tienes el Museo del mañana. Tiene lo básico para una estacia larga o corta y también sirven desayunos, sin tanta variedad pero es de gran ayuda a tu bolsillo. Al principio, mi impresión de la atención a los huéspedes no fue buena. Tenían a muchas personas esperando por sus habitaciones y me hicieron pagar "impuestos" a mi llegada. La página de Hoteles.com dice que las habitaciones tienen WiFi y no es así, sólo tienes acceso al WiFi en la sala de espera y es de una velocidad no muy buena. En general, el hotel ofrece exactamente lo que estás pagando. Si deseas más comodidad, sin duda, invierte en otro lugar.

A pior experiência

A pior experiência da minha vida em hotel, a começar pelo atendimento ruim… Limpeza só partir do segundo dia, mas o quarto te entregam um nojo! Depois tem que ficar insistindo para limparem o quarto, mesmo com a ficha na porta indicando… enfim, tantas coisas que eu poderia falar, mas prefiro nao.
