PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: 1) First Bedroom: air conditioning, queen bed, pillowtop, 4 pillows, wardrobe with drawers and clothes rack, and private forest view. 2) Second Bedroom: fan, single bed, 2 pillows and wardrobe with niches and clothes rack. 3) Main Bathroom: gas shower, toilet and double sink. 4) External Bathroom (also functions as a suite): electric shower, toilet and simple sink with private view of the forest. 5) Full Kitchen: double-door refrigerator, stove, oven, range hood, microwave, blender, coffee maker and electric kettle, water filter, spacious sink with hot and cold water, utensils and many cabinets. 6) Home Office Space: gaming desk and chair, bookshelf and games. 7) Gourmet Space: barbecue grill, pizza oven and support sink, connected to the kitchen and the pool. 8) Balcony: table with four chairs, spacious and comfortable sofa, projector with streaming, home theater and cozy lighting, overlooking the outdoor area and connected to the kitchen. 9) Deck: pool and jacuzzi with two sun loungers, two poufs, upholstered bench, breakfast area and rocking chair, perfectly integrated with nature. - HOUSE RULES: 1. Remember that you are in a conservation area! Do not make a mess or excessive noise (subject to environmental fine). 2. Food scraps should only go in the kitchen trash can, recyclable waste only in the barbecue area trash can. Organize your trash! Keep the bags closed and sealed, and if possible, leave them in the Mãe Terra condominium trash can, which is only 850 meters from the house (we don't have a car, we appreciate your kindness!). 3. Before leaving: put the cover on the pool and jacuzzi, turn everything off, and leave all used towels together in the bathroom. 4. When closing the windows and locking the doors, don't forget to leave the keys where you got them and to scramble the combination lock. PLACES OF INTEREST in the region for those who enjoy tourism with lots of greenery, trails, waterfalls, beaches and, above all, valuing local culture and commerce: 1) Vargem Grande Waterfall, which can be accessed through Quilombo Cafundá Astrogilda, a quilombola resistance site that also offers workshops, classes and incredible experiences. On the way there or back, it's also worth checking out the snacks at the Tô na Boa bar and restaurant. 2) You can also visit the Grumari Municipal Natural Park and take a dip in the spectacular Grumari Beach (other nearby beaches are: Secreto, Macumba, Prainha, Pontal, Abricó, Recreio, Barra da Tijuca and Reserva). 3) Another option is to spend the day at Háras Pégasus and go horseback riding or maybe even take some riding lessons. 4) For those who enjoy trekking, practically next to our little house (20 min walk) we have the entrance to one of the official trail sections of the Pedra Branca State Park - PEPB.
