The worst experience ever in my life. I had to pay for internet out of my own plan a day. The manager was rude, and I was threatened by the staff, that If I kept complaining I would have to find another place to go to. There are cockroaches on the wall at night, that I had to kill. The food and customer service are horrible. The place is nasty. The ad should be taken off Expedia. I tried to call you to tell you this but my phone is out of range

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist das B&B Hotel zu empfehlen (Flughafen 20 Min entfernt). Gegenüber befindet sich ein Shopping Center - sehr praktisch und ein gutes Speiseangebot. Leider ist es im Hotel relativ laut. Wir waren auf Etage 8 und hatten einen Jugendgruppe auf dem Gang, die mitten in der Nacht eine Party auf dem Flur und in den Zimmern gefeiert hat. Dagegen war die Hauptstraße kaum zu hören.

B&B Hotel

Eu não sou uma pessoa muito exigente. Para mim a acomodação foi boa, pois viajei para estudo e passei apenas dois dias. Achei a localização muito boa para o preço do hotel, em frente há um shopping(norte shopping) onde se encontra de tudo. Há vários estabelecimentos comerciais no entorno. O estádio Nilton Santos é bem próximo e dar de ir andando. A minha estada foi tranquila sem nenhum problema. O quarto é bom tem uma cama boa, ar condicionado, uma pequena mesa para estudo, um móvel com cabideiro, frigobar, tv, wi-fi, um pequeno móvel ao lado da cama, espelho grande. Não consegui acessar o restaurante do hotel pois achei complicado ter que fazer cadastro para acessar esse serviço por meio de um aplicativo de terceiros. O atendimento na recepção foi bom e não tenho como aprofundar a avaliação porque não tive demandas por serviços do hotel.Tem uma decoração moderna e o banheiro é bom com água quente, sabonete líquido disponível, toalhas( de rosto e banho). No geral é uma estadia boa que eu não tenho nada a reclamar, pois como falei não sou exigente, o básico satisfez minhas necessidades para o objetivo da minha viagem.
