"Broken electrical components in my room. Dangerous!!!! No working A/C or heating. Water either too hot scalding or too cold, inconsistent and annoying to take a shower. Never again!"

"The property is clearly new and well-maintained. We found the room to be exceptionally clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. However, the sofa bed mattress was a significant issue; it was far too thin and unstable. It dipped severely in the middle, making it impossible for my sister and me to get a good night's rest. With a mattress upgrade, this would be a five-star stay."

The kitchen facilities in the room were very helpful in making our trip more affordable as it meant we could make simple meals at the hotel instead of eating out every day."

"Good stay for 1 night enough, room was clean. Instead of Twin, we got family room, oriented to garden and not street, which was nice and calm. Self check in wasn’t working, machine couldn’t find our booking, but helpful staff assisted with the issue."
