The individual apartments are very well insulated- you'll hear nothing from your neighbors when the doors and windows are closed. The neighborhood does dance until late, but we found it to be very manageable. We loved being able to walk to the beach and Jake's coffee shop, loved the huge space of the rooftop deck, loved the front yard to mill around in. We did cook a majority of our meals in the Surf House kitchen and made it work for all 16 of us. Thank you for making beach days so easy by providing beach chairs, towels, a wagon, and umbrellas. That was very helpful. We do wish the main floor had better screens or fly tape to avoid the mosquitos when we were all gathered downstairs. Our hosts responded to any questions immediately and also helped us plan the beds in the house perfectly. We loved our time there!
