Custom-built vacation home designed for relaxing, with your own private pool and multiple outdoor spaces that create a true tropical oasis for your group. Guests consistently love the privacy, lush landscaping, and the ability to spread out and enjoy time together while still being close to everything Rincón has to offer. All rooms have air-conditioning.

The private pool, tropical landscaping, covered balconies, and gazebo are guest favorites. One of the most talked-about features is the private outdoor shower in the back of the home, giving you a unique and refreshing experience in complete privacy after a day at the beach.

Located within easy walking distance to beaches, restaurants, bars, a dive shop, paddle boarding, and sunset and snorkeling cruises, you’ll have something for everyone just steps away. A quick 3-minute drive takes you to a well-stocked local grocery store, and just minutes away is the Rincón Lighthouse near Sandy Beach, known for its incredible views and sunsets.

Spacious and fully equipped house with all your needs

The rooms are spacious, comfortable. Hot water in bathrooms. Kitchens are equipped with all utensiles that you can cook your own meals ( this saves time to go out and money) can stay enjoying the pool. Area is private and quite. Walking distance to the beach if you like

The home was fantastic, great pool area the rooms were spacious. The only negative was the lighting in the home was very dim and that’s an easy fix if they wish to correct that. But other than that it was awesome.

Spring break/50th birthday celebration

we had a amazing week at this vacation home in Rincon! The property itself was so relaxing with plenty of outdoor space. Our family of five had enough room to spread out. we could walk to several restaurants, coffee stands, etc. We loved the town of Rincon and the many beaches in the area. Perfect vacation!

We absolutely loved the pool and outdoor areas. The house was clean but could use some updating to the furniture/fixtures. The house was close to beaches, places to eat and grocery stores. The hosts were very responsive. We could hang by that pool area everyday!

The home is well designed for multiple families. Small kitchenettes in bedrooms on the first floor. Main kitchen on the second level. The pool was lovely as was all the outdoor landscaping. Some very minor housekeeping issues occurred during our stay and they were taken care of promptly. Property was comfortable and clean and close to Rincon Beach.

We really enjoyed ourselves. House was perfect for our family. Kitchen pots and pans needs updating. Need a few trays. Great Outdoor Space

Our two families enjoyed Casa Ensenada very much. We especially loved all the outdoor space so that we weren't on top of each other. The pool was wonderful, we were in it every day, the kids were in it by 7 AM! The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of bathrooms and the kitchen had everything we needed.

We planned a family trip to celebrate my daughter's 21st bday and I can tell you; that his place was super amazing. It had such a beautiful view the with enough quite space you can enjoy. Absolutely amazing home steps away from all the fun

Honestly this house was perfect. It is close to everything in town, beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.. the owner's instructions were clear & concise so I didn't have to bother them for anything. The A/C runs cold, pool is beautiful, there's like... 3 refrigerators, even 2 outdoor showers. My only complaint is that I wish we stayed longer than just a week! Seriously so much to do in the area. If you're coming to Rincon make sure to stay over a Thursday night to attend the Art Walk in town, it was a great opportunity to find some beautiful souvenirs. We loved our stay here.

Absolutely wonderful stay

5 friends and I stayed at johns property for 1 week. John was very gracious during our planning process and even changed dates for us not one, but two times! Casa Ensenada is absolutely a dream come true. We went to Gozalandia waterfalls, snorkeled on Steps Beach, found Domes beach, went to crash boat beach, explored all around Rincon, and drove through old San Juan due to delayed flight. Rincon is an absolute gem of a town and the locals are extremely friendly! The food is amazing, and pina coladas are out of this world. We hope to come back one day soon! Thank you so much John!

Peaceful Getaway

Other than a couple of issues…ac not working properly and not being able to get into the establishment at first. Plus downstairs cable not working for the first two days as well. And the toddler’s chair was nasty but should be great now after a little elbow grease from yours truly. Other than that it was a really nice and peaceful experience. The location is truly close to just about everything (beaches and restaurants). You will need to travel a bit for groceries if you plan on cooking so stop at a store before getting to your destination to save yourself a trip. And double and triple check the drawers before leaving so you don’t leave anything behind like I did! I guess I was in too much of a hurry and assumed I checked everything before leaving. Now my loss and someone else’s gain.☹️

Fabulous house close to everything

This house really exceeded our expectations. The house itself is beautiful and is exactly as advertised. The views from the balcony and roof are great; the pool and deck area was a great place for our family to hang out. The kitchen is well stocked with things you would need to cook. The beds were comfortable. We really couldn't have asked for more. It was a bonus that beach chairs, coolers, an umbrella and towels were included and there were pool toys and snorkel gear that someone left behind. I look forward to the opportunity to stay here again. We all agreed it was one of the nicest properties we've booked. The hosts were great and super responsive to all of our questions before and during our stay. Finally, we couldn't have asked for a better location. It's a quick 12-15 minute walk into town and you could walk to the marina and one of several beaches in 5-15 minutes (Steps, Black Eagle, Balneario). Honestly, if you like to walk, which I do, you can walk to every beach from Playa Donna to Domes in 25-30 minutes and a fabulous find was the trail that connects all of the beaches from the Marina to Domes that begins at the Paseo Communitario and follows a trail through the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve. This was a great and easy morning hike. Finally, another bonus: the house is a quick stroll away from a great coffee stand, smoothie stand, and breakfast/lunch spot at the corner of 413 and C Cambija: Cafe 2 Go and Wake and Break. Highly recommend! Can't wait to return!
