Located on the 5th floor, with two elevators in the building, this unit offers convenience and comfort. The main level features a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a laundry room, a master bedroom with a private bathroom, a second bedroom, and a hallway bathroom. Take a stroll up the spiral staircase to the terrace, where you\`ll find another bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchenette. Our condominium offers gated access, a swimming pool, a gazebo, and front access to the road that leads directly to the beach. With the beach right across the street, you can spend your days soaking up the sun and playing in the crystal-clear water. Worried about power outages? Our property is equipped with a generator to ensure your comfort and convenience at all times. No need to stress about interruptions to your vacation! You\`ll love the convenience of being able to walk to the beach as well as the town square, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and shops.
