  • Experience the ocean view the moment you step inside! Leave your worries behind in this spacious and peaceful retreat, where stunning ocean and sunset views await. Let the sound of the waves and the beauty of the sunsets help you unwind. Located on the 3rd floor, this unit offers impressive ocean views and a refreshing breeze throughout. For your convenience, two elevators are available for easy access.


    Spacious two bedroom with 2 baths (one in the master bedroom). There is an open living area, a covered balcony facing the ocean, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit laundry.

    There is no direct beach access but you can walk less than 3 minutes to it (210 meters). This area is south of Rincon which means there is no surfing and the beach is calmer.

    Restaurants and bars are 3 minutes away in a car.

Great stay! Beach is great. Apartment is great. The only thing disappointing is the lack of towels. One hand towel for two people . One dish towel! No wash clothes! Other than that minor issue, the place is awesome. Clean.
