The unit layout provides plenty of space and privacy with a beautiful patio, open yard area overlooking the beach which provides unrestricted sunset views. The owner provided suggestions for things to do prior to our stay and had a binder on the coffee table with suggestions as well which we found very helpful. The unit was clean and well maintained. No direct beach access, but short walk. Fabulous location!!!! Overall, a lovely place with an ocean view, and you can hear the waves crashing to the shore from the bedroom. Good sleeping!! If you require hot water for a shower, might want consider something different. Don’t know if that is the case at all accommodations down here, but that would be my only complaint. Water lukewarm at best. Quick showers. Everything else was pretty perfect. Never met friendlier people than I have here in Rincon!
