Hotel and staff are 5 star but pools were not clean enough to use it, sauna was not usable (very low temperature) no changing room there and nowhere near 5 star level. Indoor pool also was dirty. That is a shame considering that the rest of the hotel is good and everybody very friendly and helpful.

"The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Check in was easy and fast. The room was comfortable. We didn’t pre pay for breakfast but it was not a problem we could purchase it every morning from the hotel directly. We had dinner also and it was very good."
