"The location is as good as any in Philadelphia. It is ideal for anyone attending an event at the sports complex, since the Broad Street Line subway is only 6 stops away. Similarly, much of South Philadelphia is easily accessed. And of course the Kimmel Center and Academy of Music are across the street. The rooms are fine. Parking is solid and reasonably priced at less than $50 per night including in/out. Coffee in the lobby market is superb and reasonably priced."

"Wonderfully helpful front desk staff! The TV in the bedroom was tricky to figure out for us, and overheard another person mention that the TV didn't work for him either, but it was okay. We also had a hard time with the heat but did ask for extra blankets and had them hand delivered quickly. It was for an overnight birthday trip and the front desk staff gave us some drink vouchers which was very kind. And chocolates! I'd give it a 3.5/5 with the staff being the true highlight."

"Everything about the hotel was perfect. My only complaint was the the parking attendants. I don't really appreciate the racket of getting me to fill out a valet ticket while I unload my vehicle to check in so that at the front desk they think that I used their valet service, when in fact I parked for cheaper and more accessible across the street. This probably slides past a lot of people and they get an extra $72 out of patrons. I have stayed here several different times and the hotel itself and staff are wonderful. Great breakfast as well."
