The desk clerk was amazing! She understood the logistics of how to place guests. Children and pets in designated rooms and having people traveling solo or couples on the upper level!!!! I usually have to request this but this 20 plus year hospitality veteran knew this! I was extremely impressed!

No housekeeping in three day stay. Elevator broken. Two fire alarms. One at 5:15 am. Night staff clueless. Charged us twice and gave us wrong room and said they couldn't do anything about it. Overall, terrible stay. Find somewhere else.

Elevator broken. Charged twice.Two false alarm fire drills during a three day stay. No housekeeping. Night-time staff was clueless. Food on second day was sparse and still frozen.
