The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The foyer was open, airy, and light. The connecting restaurant was convenient, though we had already eaten. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. While the building seems industrial, the look was modern and had a cool vibe. There were some eareas of the room that seemed like it could use an updated paint job. Overall it was a lovely hotel and wonderful experience.

Great location, friendly staff, and spacious rooms. My stay was only marred by the very noisy family next door -- and the fact that I could hear the kids arguing late at night through the shared wall. Not really the Commonwealth's fault but the one reason I gave 4 rather than 5 stars. (I could also hear the elevator dinging outside my door.)

The hotel could use a basic "refresh". While my room was a nice size, it was a bit run down and could use an overall upgrade. The staff was great - Shane is wonderful! I was not clear when housekeeping was to come. Towels were changed every day, but my bed was only made 1 out of the 3 days I was there. Good location.
