The staff were very accommodating and friendly! The lobby and breakfast area were very clean and the food was great! The room was very clean as well and would definitely stay there again. The location was very close to shopping, restaurants, and the airport.

New hotel and the rooms were beautiful. Did not like the sliding farmdoors to bathrooms- leaves a huge gap so little privacy, other than that very very comfortable. Check in was smooth and bartender was one of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. Her drinks were five star. Breakfast was also pretty good, standard but fresh. No stale bread here :)

We loved the airport shuttle and the hours that it runs. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms were large enough for all of us to feel comfortable. We got there hungry and would have loved a restaurant in the hotel.

A very nice hotel. Just a few suggestions. Why does the bed have a down comforter as the only blanket in July in southern Virginia? The bed is too close to a loud air conditioner that blows frigid air to one side of your body when sleeping. The shower had two soap dispensers but no shampoo. Otherwise, it is a nice hotel.

The hotel is brand new and beautiful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. One complaint is that the smoke detector in the room had an annoying bright white light that flashed all night. The complimentary breakfast was good and the staff kept it clean and well stocked. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very close to the airport.

My flight got cancelled so i had to book a room for a night. The pictures online make it seem so updated and modern. So I reserved this hotel. In reality, the hotel is old and outdated. It looks like they are trying make renovations, but its not even close. The hotel is dark and smells like musty carpets. The dining area was presentable, but the waitresses were not friendly. It was almost if I was bothering them when I asked what was good the eat. The food itself was ok but nothing great and took forever. I was actually frustrated and going to leave to another hotel, but my wife said to just stay for the night. She was tired. I was actually willing to lose my money for the night. Only plus was the room I was staying in was renovated so once in the room it wasn't bad. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
