Good location just a block off the beach, but no sea view. Plenty of restaurants and shops near by, but priced like the resort town it is. The beach was great, so good infact that we never used the hotel pool. The room was clean, but very small and no view. All in all, Riccione is a great town and the hotel was a good place to stay.

Hotel is dated, rooms are worn and cleanliness is an issue around the hotel. Everything is pretty damp. Air conditioning has trouble and rooms are very small. It is not a luxury experience at all. Only thing that is really worth it is the breakfast. Hotel smells like a pool at its best and like cigarettes at its worst. Disappointing.

La struttura è pregevole e in una posizione ideale vicino alla spiaggia e alla movida serale. Le camere tuttavia hanno bisogno di un upgrade significativo - i sanitari sono vecchi, i bagni piccoli e le camere mancano di accessori in dotazione che ci si aspetta in un hotel a cinque stelle. Il mio bagno aveva un rubinetto arrugginito, e scalfitture e graffi nella ceramica della vasca e del lavandino. Colazione ottima e servizio impeccabile ma l’hotel avrebbe bisogno di un lifting.
