The newly built apartment type 5, equipped with all comforts, is located in Riccione center and sea, located near Viale Dante and just 100 meters from the free and private beach of Piazzale Azzarita.  
The apartment has a spacious room with 4 beds consisting of a double bed and a bunk bed and a double sofa bed in the living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and balcony and air conditioning.  
In addition, the kitchenette located in the living room has a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, as well as an oven, safe, high definition television and a parking space per apartment in an enclosed courtyard next to the house.  
The rental price includes the consumption of electricity, water, gas and final cleaning of the apartment. Discounted prices based on length of stay.
