This spacious apartment is located on the second floor of a small apartment building with elevator in a quiet location 700 meters from the sea, close to the historic center and the station.  
The house is very bright and has 3 rooms (a triple, a double and a single), a bathroom, a living room, an eat-in kitchen, 3 terraces, wifi with fiber and free parking in reserved condominium area.   
Air conditioning is also available for an additional charge.
