Good and clean place with good sized rooms and nice furnishings. Breakfast was good too, lot of options for vegetarian. Only negative is the lack of language skills, which is a broader issue in Brazil though, at least folks at the front desk and restaurant in a big hotel should be able to stoke a conversation in broken English. Not being able to speak a single word is not necessarily the right thing to do in hospitality 😌

O ar-condicionado inicialmente não funcionou e foi ajustado, porém, em um hotel desse nível, o funcionamento deveria ser impecável desde o início. As instalações do banheiro precisam de reforma: a ducha espalhava água por todos os lados e a pia entupia com frequência. O serviço de valet parking foi demorado e o atendimento do mesmo transmitiu falta de cordialidade e disposição. Para o padrão proposto pelo hotel, a experiência ficou abaixo do esperado.
